Ingredients
- 300 gram cooked barbecue chicken
- 2 piece microwave brown rice pouches
- 1 tin tinned corn kernels
- 100 gram bagged salad mix
- 2 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoon whole egg mayonnaise
Instructions
- 1Heat the rice pouches in the microwave for 90 seconds.
- 2Tip the hot rice into two bowls.
- 3Pull the chicken off the bones with two forks and pile it on.
- 4Drain the corn and add it with the salad mix.
- 5Drizzle the barbecue sauce and mayonnaise over the top.
