Apple Nachos with Yoghurt Drizzle

Crisp apple slices fanned out like nachos and drizzled with vanilla yoghurt, honey and toppings. A five-minute after-school winner.
Ingredients
- 2 piece apples
- 1/2 cup vanilla greek yoghurt
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 2 tablespoon sultanas
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- 1Core the apples and cut them into thin wedges.
- 2Toss the apple wedges with the lemon juice to stop them browning.
- 3Fan the wedges out in a single layer on a plate, like nachos.
- 4Drizzle the yoghurt and honey over the top.
- 5Scatter with sultanas and coconut. Serve straight away.
