Loaded Bean And Cheese Jacket Spud

A whole potato, a tin of beans and a handful of cheese, done in the microwave. Filling, warm and genuinely effortless.

Ingredients

  • 2 piece large potatoes
  • 1 tin tinned baked beans
  • 60 gram pizza cheese blend
  • 20 gram butter
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. 1Prick the potatoes all over with a fork.
  2. 2Microwave on high for 10 minutes until soft to a squeeze.
  3. 3Press each potato open with a fork and add the butter.
  4. 4Heat the baked beans in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. 5Spoon the beans over and top with the cheese and sour cream.
