A delicious and juicy pan-seared steak perfect for a solo meal.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams steak (e.g. ribeye, sirloin)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme

Instructions
