Frozen Berry Yoghurt Bark

Creamy yoghurt frozen into a snappy bark studded with berries and granola. Break off shards for a cooling after-school treat. Needs 4 hours in the freezer before serving.
Ingredients
- 2 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1/2 cup nut-free granola
Instructions
- 1Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 2Stir the yoghurt, honey and vanilla together in a bowl.
- 3Spread the yoghurt over the tray in a layer about 1cm thick.
- 4Scatter the berries and granola over the top, pressing them in lightly.
- 5Freeze for at least 4 hours, until solid.
- 6Break into shards and eat straight from the freezer. Store frozen for up to a month.
