Classic fried rice loaded with egg, corn, peas and spring onion. A ten-minute dinner that turns leftover rice into something everyone cheers for.

Ingredients

  • 4 cup cooked and cooled rice
  • 4 piece eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen peas and corn
  • 4 piece spring onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Slice the spring onions and crush the garlic.
  2. 2Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble for 1 minute until just set. Tip onto a plate.
  3. 3Add the remaining oil to the wok. Stir-fry the garlic and the white parts of the spring onion for 30 seconds.
  4. 4Add the rice and frozen peas and corn. Stir-fry for 4 minutes, breaking up any clumps of rice.
