Juicy and flavorful beef hamburgers served with your favorite toppings on a toasted bun.
Ingredients
- 300 grams Ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 2 pieces Hamburger buns
- 2 pieces Cheese slices
- 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1/4 piece Red onion
- 4 pieces Pickles
Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and form into 2 burger patties.
- 2Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-6 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- 3Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
- 4Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and pickles. Add the top bun and serve.
