Garlic Pork Stir-Fry With Greens

Tender pork strips flash-fried with broccolini and snow peas in a garlicky soy glaze. Light, green and on the table in 25 minutes.
Ingredients
- 500 gram pork fillet
- 2 bunch broccolini
- 150 gram snow peas
- 4 clove garlic
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cup steamed rice, to serve
Instructions
- 1Slice the pork into thin strips. Cut the broccolini into 5 cm lengths and top the snow peas.
- 2Stir the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornflour and a quarter cup of water together in a small bowl.
- 3Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat. Stir-fry half the pork for 2 minutes until browned, then tip onto a plate. Repeat with the rest.
- 4Add the broccolini and 2 tablespoons of water to the wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 5Add the snow peas and sliced garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
- 6Return the pork and pour in the sauce. Toss for 1 minute until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
- 7Serve immediately with steamed rice.
