Baked Blueberry Oat Slice

A soft, cake-like baked oatmeal you slice into squares. Lovely warm with yoghurt, and just as good cold from the fridge.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 375 millilitre milk
- 2 piece eggs
- 80 millilitre honey
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 40 gram butter
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 20 centimetre square baking dish.
- 2Whisk the eggs, milk, melted butter and honey in a large bowl.
- 3Stir in the oats, baking powder and cinnamon.
- 4Fold through one cup of the blueberries.
- 5Pour into the dish and scatter the remaining blueberries on top.
- 6Bake for 35 minutes until set and golden at the edges.
- 7Cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares.
