Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Crunchy golden chicken tenders made in the air fryer with a fraction of the oil. Great warm for dinner or cold in tomorrow's lunchbox.
Ingredients
- 600 gram chicken tenderloins
- 1 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 piece eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil spray
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1Set up three bowls: flour in one, beaten egg in the next, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder and salt in the last.
- 2Coat each tenderloin in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs on firmly.
- 3Spray the crumbed chicken lightly with olive oil on both sides.
- 4Air fry at 200°C for 12 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- 5Rest for 2 minutes, then serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
