Zucchini Fritters

Delicious crispy zucchini fritters served with a flavorful dip, perfect for a light meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Zucchini
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 50 grams All-purpose flour
  • 25 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 unit Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 30 milliliters Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. 2In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated zucchini, egg, flour, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the zucchini mixture and form into a patty. Place it in the skillet and flatten slightly with a spatula. Repeat with the remaining mixture, cooking in batches if necessary.
  5. 5Cook the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6Remove the fritters from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb any excess oil.
  7. 7Serve the zucchini fritters warm with a side of yogurt sauce or your favorite dip.
