Banana Oat Blender Pancakes

Whole ingredients, one blender, zero flour. These wholesome pancakes are naturally sweet and freeze brilliantly.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 piece banana
- 2 piece eggs
- 180 millilitre milk
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 20 gram butter
Instructions
- 1Put the oats, bananas, eggs, milk, baking powder and cinnamon in a blender.
- 2Blend until smooth, then rest the batter for 5 minutes to thicken.
- 3Melt a little butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 4Pour in small rounds of batter, about 1/4 cup each.
- 5Cook for 2 minutes until bubbles form, flip, and cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
- 6Repeat with the remaining batter, adding butter as needed.
- 7Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
