Dump-And-Bake Tomato Feta And Penne

Dry pasta, tinned cherry tomatoes and a whole block of feta bake into a creamy sauce with no saucepan involved. Stir at the end and it comes together.
Ingredients
- 350 gram dried penne pasta
- 2 tin tinned cherry tomatoes
- 200 gram feta
- 600 millilitre boiling water
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 100 gram baby spinach
Instructions
- 1Heat the oven to 200°C and tip the penne, tinned tomatoes, boiling water, oil, garlic and oregano into a deep baking dish.
- 2Sit the whole block of feta in the middle and cover the dish tightly with foil.
- 3Bake for 45 minutes.
- 4Take off the foil, add the baby spinach and stir everything together so the feta melts into a sauce.
- 5Keeps 3 days in the fridge. Freeze in portions for 2 months and reheat from frozen in the microwave for 5 minutes with a splash of water stirred through.
