Dump And Stir Tomato Butter Bean Pot

Everything goes in from a tin or a jar and it still tastes like you cooked. A soft, savoury pot of beans that asks almost nothing of you.
Ingredients
- 2 tin tinned butter beans
- 500 millilitre tomato passata
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon dried italian herbs
- 100 gram baby spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100 gram feta cheese
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1Warm the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- 2Stir in the garlic paste and dried herbs for 30 seconds.
- 3Drain the beans and tip them in with the passata and salt.
- 4Simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring now and then.
- 5Stir the spinach through until it wilts.
- 6Crumble the feta over the top and serve.
