Honey Mustard Pork Cutlets

Thick pork cutlets glazed with honey and wholegrain mustard, finishing sticky at the edges and juicy in the middle. Serve with a green salad or steamed beans.

Ingredients

  • 4 piece pork cutlets
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Pat the pork cutlets dry with paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Crush the garlic and stir it with the honey, mustard and olive oil in a small bowl.
  3. 3Brush half the glaze over both sides of the cutlets.
  4. 4Lay two cutlets flat in the basket and cook at 190°C for 8 minutes. Only two fit flat in a 5-6L basket, so cook them in two batches.
  5. 5Turn the cutlets, brush with the rest of the glaze and cook at 190°C for another 6 to 8 minutes until the juices run clear.
  6. 6Rest the cutlets on a warm plate for 5 minutes while the second batch cooks.
