Thick pork cutlets glazed with honey and wholegrain mustard, finishing sticky at the edges and juicy in the middle. Serve with a green salad or steamed beans.
Ingredients
- 4 piece pork cutlets
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- 1Pat the pork cutlets dry with paper towel and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 2Crush the garlic and stir it with the honey, mustard and olive oil in a small bowl.
- 3Brush half the glaze over both sides of the cutlets.
- 4Lay two cutlets flat in the basket and cook at 190°C for 8 minutes. Only two fit flat in a 5-6L basket, so cook them in two batches.
- 5Turn the cutlets, brush with the rest of the glaze and cook at 190°C for another 6 to 8 minutes until the juices run clear.
- 6Rest the cutlets on a warm plate for 5 minutes while the second batch cooks.
