  • 500 gram pork mince
  • 440 gram hokkien noodles
  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 piece carrot
  • 1 piece red capsicum
  • 3 piece spring onion
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1Put the noodles in a heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water and leave for 2 minutes. Drain and gently separate.

  4. 4Add the garlic, carrot and capsicum. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. 5Add the noodles, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of water. Toss for 2 minutes until everything is coated and hot.
  6. 6Scatter with spring onion and serve straight from the wok.
