Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Creamy oats that do all the work while you sleep. Grab a jar from the fridge and breakfast is done. Needs 4 hours (or overnight) chilling before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 250 millilitre milk
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Put the oats, milk, yoghurt, peanut butter, honey and chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. 2Stir until everything is combined.
  3. 3Divide the mixture between two jars or containers with lids.
  4. 4Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  5. 5Slice the banana over the top just before eating.
