Ingredients
- 500 grams Ground beef
- 400 grams Kidney beans
- 400 grams Tomatoes, diced
- 1 unit Onion, chopped
- 2 unit Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 unit Red bell pepper, diced
- 250 milliliters Beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
- 1In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add in the chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
- 2Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
