Tuna and Corn Pasta Salad

A creamy, budget-friendly pasta salad with tuna, corn and crunchy celery. It keeps well in the fridge, making it an easy grab-and-go lunch.
Ingredients
- 250 gram small pasta shells
- 2 tin tuna in springwater, drained
- 1 tin corn kernels, drained
- 2 piece celery stalks, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon chives, snipped
Instructions
- 1Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until just tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- 2Stir the yoghurt, mayonnaise and lemon juice together in a large bowl.
- 3Add the cooled pasta, tuna, corn and celery to the bowl.
- 4Fold everything together gently until coated in dressing.
- 5Scatter with chives and serve, or chill in containers for up to 2 days.
