Crispy Fish Tacos With Lime Slaw

Golden pan-fried fish tucked into warm tortillas with a zingy lime slaw. A fresh, hands-on dinner the whole table assembles together.
Ingredients
- 600 gram firm white fish fillets
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 8 piece small flour tortillas
- 300 gram coleslaw mix
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 piece lime
- 1/2 bunch coriander
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1Stir the mayonnaise and the juice of 1 lime through the coleslaw mix in a bowl. Chill until serving.
- 2Cut the fish into strips about 3 cm wide. Pat dry with paper towel.
- 3Mix the flour, paprika, cumin and a pinch of salt on a plate. Turn each fish strip in the mix to coat.
- 4Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for 3 minutes each side until golden and flaking easily.
- 5Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds under a damp paper towel.
- 6Fill each tortilla with slaw and fish. Top with coriander leaves.
- 7Serve with the second lime cut into wedges for squeezing.
