Ingredients
- 500 grams Fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 liter Vegetable broth
- 200 milliliters Heavy cream
- 50 grams Butter
- 30 grams All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme

Instructions
- 1Clean and slice the mushrooms, chop the onion and garlic.
- 2In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- 3Add the sliced mushrooms and thyme, cook until the mushrooms are soft and browned.
- 4Sprinkle flour over the mushroom mixture, stir well to combine.
