Garlic and Herb Flatbreads

Soft pan-cooked flatbreads made from a simple yoghurt dough, brushed with garlic herb butter. Wonderful with curries, dips or soup.
Ingredients
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 50 gram butter
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoon parsley
Instructions
- 1Mix the flour, yoghurt and salt into a soft dough.
- 2Knead the dough on a floured bench for 2 minutes until smooth.
- 3Divide the dough into 6 balls and roll each into a thin round.
- 4Cook each flatbread in a hot dry frying pan for 2 minutes per side until puffed and spotted.
- 5Melt the butter with the crushed garlic and chopped parsley.
- 6Brush the warm flatbreads with garlic butter and serve.
